BIOVERSAL technical information for experts in environmental protection, fire fighting, NGOs and industrial and political decision makers.
In the framework of a large-scale conference in Rome with responsible members of the Italian Ministry of the Environment we have been informed that BIOVERSAL is the only product that satisfies the stated requirements as a means for the disposal of contaminations in the sea. This was tested and confirmed by this ministry’s testing centre, namely ARPAT Ferrara, http://www.arpa.emr.it/ferrara.
Due to these for us enjoyable yet not unexpected test results in connection with using BIOVERSAL for oil spills, the previous provision in the corresponding ordinances and decrees has even been entirely adjusted to our technology with biocompatible surfactants, meaning BIOVERSAL. Furthermore, due authorisation had been granted by the Spanish Ministry of Transport, MARINE MERCANTE department to use the product for oil contaminations in the harbours.
The Italian experts were provided with the scientific basis for this - the comprehensive expert report by Univ. Prof. Dr. Reinhard Dallinger. As one can confirm from this expert report, also certified by other experts, with its large number of the references, BIOVERSAL contains biocompatible surfactants, which have a positive sustainable effect in comparison to xenobiotic surfactants.
We offer and recommend BIOVERSAL for many different applications in fire protection and fire fighting, in industrial cleaning sectors as well as the field of ground and water decontamination.

Unfortunately foam fire fighting agents with xenobiotic active ingredients are still being bought particularly by industry and even by fire-fighters although we all know that these foam agents extremely negatively impact and sustainably damage the environment, the microbiology - the foundation of our lives.
We have to accept every conscientious expert solution with respect to toxic accidents in nature, as well as fire fighting with highly surfactant-contaminated water, where nature has been injured. However, the impacts of each oil spill disposal could be positive if fire extinguishing foams or oil residue disposal with BIOVERSAL technology were to be applied.
