The production of all BIOVERSAL products meets the criteria of the REACH regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization of Chemicals) of the European Union (E.C.), which were published in the Official Journal L 396, 49th year, on September 30, 2006, and came into force at June 02, 2007. The necessary examinations as well as the information of the producer to the supplier and to the customer correspond to this very welcome standard. For the evaluation of damaging, harmless, or environmentally-friendly products REACH is particularly informative for the user. By means of the evaluation of safety data sheets, under the REACH regulation, products without necessary hazard symbols on the package or danger references are a good alternative to substituting problematic products in use.
